THQ have gone out of their way to announce that the free Alistair Overeem DLC for UFC Undisputed 3 has been extended to launch day.

Now you may be thinking that this will part of having to pre order the title or some gimmick but this is not so. It’s as easy as heading on over to the UFC Undisputed 3 page on Facebook and clicking on the like button.

How simple do you want it? UFC Undisputed 3 makes its may onto consoles in the U.S. on February 14th the the U.K. release on the standard Friday 17th.

2K Games has announced that Sid Meier’s Civilization World for Facebook, the newest entry from the genre-defining strategy-based franchise, is now available.

The Sims gets really social and comes to Facebook

The EA Play Label of Electronic Arts Inc. today announced The Sims Social, a groundbreaking new game that brings one of the world’s most popular gaming franchises to Facebook, the world’s largest social network. The Sims Social invites people to play with life in a whole new way with all of the uniquely playful and creative elements of The Sims and delivers an intuitive entertainment experience to the more than 500 million people on Facebook. Unlock exclusive Deus Ex: Human Revolution content via Facebook

Eidos-Montreal and Square Enix are offering Facebook users the opportunity to unlock a slew of exclusive Deus Ex: Human Revolution assets by encouraging other fans and friends to “Like” the official Deus Ex Facebook page.

As more users “Like” the page, over 90 exclusive updates — including new videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other artwork — will be revealed.

Fans can now pre-order Deus Ex: Human Revolution to receive exclusive downloadable bonus content from participating retailers by visiting http://www.DeusEx.com/preorder.

“Deus Ex has one of the most passionate, vocal and dedicated communities in all of video games, so offering a program that rewards that loyalty — even before the game is released — is a great way for us to give something back,” said Kyle Stallock, Community Manager, Eidos-Montreal. “The Facebook community now has significant control over the release schedule for some of our favorite assets. We have a ton of surprises and unlockables planned, so fans should invite their friends to ‘Like’ the page and start collecting these rewards.”

Next Assassin’s Creed to be called Revelations?

In the early hours of this morning Ubisoft made a boo boo and leaked information regarding the next Assassins Creed onto their official facebook page.
They have posted an image of a teaser………… then the teaser flash file itself and within the hour after posting they then took them back down from the page.

But lucky for you MGers I managed to save the Flash link with a little proof below in the gallery and the flash banner is still up on Ubisofts server at the time of writing.

Upon close inspection of the flash file it reveals two pieces of Arabic script which when translated down the off licence reval two names “Revelations” and the one thing all AC fans want to see……….. Altair.

The revelation name is quite interesting as in 2012 Konami will release the Silent Hill: Revelation movie, and Capcom’s upcoming 3DS game is Resident Evil: Revelations. Are we going back in time as a prequel or will he rise again?

EA today announced that Dragon Age Legends, the ground-breaking Play4Free online RPG is now available to all Facebook users worldwide at Facebook.com.

Ubisoft has today released a trailer that explains a little bit more about the Project Legacy Facebook game, how to link it to your game and also what you may be given for interactive play.

Dragon Age goes social

BioWare today announced Dragon Age Legends, a new Play4Free Facebook game that expands on the critically acclaimed RPG franchise Dragon Age.

The new game is inspired by the award-winning BioWare franchise but custom-designed for the casual and social play style for Facebook users of all ages. Dragon Age Legends blends accessible and engaging tactical combat with compelling co-operative gameplay perfectly suited for social networks, making for a unique offering on the platform. Launching in February 2011, Dragon Age Legends will also give gamers the chance to earn exclusive unlocks for Dragon Age II, one of the most highly anticipated video games of 2011.

Final Fantasy comes to Facebook

Square Enix has announced the company’s first titles for Facebook, Chocobo’s Crystal Tower Beta Version, a pet “rearing” RPG and Knights of the Crystals Beta Version. Both titles are now live and free to play.

Chocobo’s Crystal Tower is a free-to-play RPG starring the popular FINAL FANTASY Chocobo characters. Players must raise and breed Chocobo on a ranch, and give their pets plenty of affection with feeding, grooming and snacks. The goal, through generations of breeding, is to rear a strong enough Chocobo to protect the peace and then send the brave Chocobo on adventures at various Towers that have appeared across the world.

By embarking on adventures in Towers, Chocobo’s will encounter monsters, defeating them rewards the player with Gil (currency for the in-game shops) and the chance to get other treasures that cannot be purchased in shops. Gil can be used for customising your Chocobo with a variety of hats and different clothing; you can even redesign the look of your ranch.

Being a social game you are also rewarded for looking after another player’s Chocobo and sending other players gifts. Exchange lucky feathers to promote friendship and even propose mating between your Chocobo and another player’s.

Knights of the Crystals is an RPG where you challenge or cooperate with friends to quests in order to earn gold and treasures. Players can level up their heroes as they fight against enemies. A variety of different jobs for your hero are available and waiting to be mastered as you delve deeper into the adventure. Changing jobs grants a range of new special abilities that can be used in battles such as more powerful attacks or for earning a greater amount of treasure.

Knights of the Crystals boasts a distinctive art style with characters designed by Ryoma Ito (best known for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings).
