Through additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes, the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut will give fans seeking further clarity to the ending of Mass Effect 3 deeper insights into how their personal journey concludes.

Coming this summer, the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut will be available for download on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for no extra charge.

Fans of the world’s most popular FPS were promised a wider variety of content at last autumn’s inaugural Call of Duty XP fan celebration, and Content Collection #1 delivers. For the first time ever, two intense Special Ops missions, “Black Ice” and “Negotiator,” are riding shotgun alongside four new multiplayer maps—Liberation, Piazza, Overwatch and Black Box. Collection #1 is available first on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360 for 1,200 Microsoft Points.  The collection is open to all; a premium Call of Duty Elite membership is not required. The DLC pack will be rolled out to other platforms at a later date.

“Call of Duty MW3 Content Collection #1 is the biggest DLC pack ever for Call of Duty,” said Eric Hirshberg, CEO of Activision Publishing. “We’re serious about delivering the best value to our fans and just as we promised last year, it’s not just maps anymore.  With six pieces of playable content, that’s more content and bigger variety than we’ve ever been able to include before in aCall of Duty DLC for the same price.”

Content Collection #1 sets the bar for variety, value and fan-service in the FPS DLC marketplace, featuring six fully-fledged Call of Duty experiences. The full loadout includes:

·         Black Ice: This Special Ops mission plunges combatants deep into a frozen diamond mine via a snowmobile in order to infiltrate a secret weapons plant and initiate the self-destruct sequence to take the facility offline for good.
·         Negotiator: India is the backdrop for a Special Ops hostage extraction, where gamers must execute flawless breach-and-clears and negotiate a maze of surface streets to ensure the safety of rescued civilians.

Content drops 4, 5 and 6 feature a new Multiplayer level added to the roster and for the first time ever, two new Special Ops missions are available as part of the downloadable content. The content drops include the following levels:

Black Box – a multiplayer level set in the South Californian hillside with half-built homes and the downed wreckage of Air Force One.

Black Ice – a Special Ops mission where after using a snowmobile to escape your foes, you have to plant high-grade explosives in order to shut down a perilous mine forever.

Negotiator – a second Special Ops mission where you head to India for a high-stakes hostage extraction.

We’re excited to announce the start of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Content Season for Call of Duty Elite Premium Members on the PlayStation Network with today’s release of the first two content drops – Liberation and Piazza.

Call of Duty Elite Drop 1: Liberation, a militarised Central Park in the heart of NYC, features a vast landscape ripe for long-range sniper and LMG kills. Mounted turrets on opposing ends of the map offer overwhelming firepower to anyone brave enough to man them. Elite Drop 2: Piazza, set in an idyllic Italian seaside village getaway gone rogue, offers blind corners and a complex network of branching pathways that pose danger at every turn. Visceral close-quarters combat dominates in Piazza, and attacks from above and below are an ever-constant threat.

Liberation and Piazza are the first two content drops in the nine-month Content Season that will include more than 20 pieces of brand new content. The next Call of Duty Elite Content Drop for Premium Members on the PlayStation Network is scheduled to land on 29^th March with the release of Overwatch, a multiplayer map that drops players into a construction site atop a New York City skyscraper.

The two bonus discs also contain History of Remedy, Making of Alan Wake, Making of a Thriller, a music video “War” by Poets of the Fall, game trailers and a storyboard with concept art.
