Hi Cleric Hows it going m8? I really good thanx bud,still slumin it on ps3. Its been pretty random though seen a few old faces pop up on ps3 and hang about for a while n then disappear again eg.sleedo,worthy,saps oh and who is that guy again ummmmm ya know that guy,the one that lives in crumpet land,supports his local girls hockey team,think they are called Southampton or sumit,ummmmm oh yeah i remember Nickerlarse!!!! Hows it going Mr S? Gaming on ps3 is just not as much fun as it was in the good old MG days though So whats been happening? I see Mr Mental has been on aswell

Lol gt5,game is such a sterile peice of crap its unreal,havent been on it in ages.Kinda hoping that TD Ferrari Legends is worth a look atm but think im gona have to wait till Project C.A.R.S comes out for a racing game with any real feel to it. Missing the Racepro days tbh.But like i was saying to Nick gaming is 90% about the people ya play with (unless its fifa),missing the old community days of MG,we had some proper laughs eg.T-bagging billy on halo n capping you in the head at the same time,still have the pics.lol Hey wacky how are you m8? Those were good days mate and I would love to be able to relive them again. Just because people have moved to PS3 from 360 and vice versa it doesn’t mean still can’t relive those glory days.
I think one thing we have all learnt over the past couple of years is that as soon as things get competitive then everything starts falling apart and the arguments happen as it becomes too tense.
Anyway, if we can get people that have some time and we can get the support then surely we can al pull together to get those friendly gaming nights together again, on both formats?
I also remember that night very well, lol. There’s me getting cocky and t-bagging Mental and I cop one straight between the eyes! Those are the moments I also remember the best, even the duels we had on Race Pro, GRAW nights etc, etc. Having some healthy competition is good but gaming with online buddies and having a giggle is something you just cannot beat.
Hey Cerbs Hows things m8? Yeah i agree gaz,things didnt get any better when it got competetive for sure,some super sized egos deffinately appeared (inc mine.lol).Also think that for a lot of people real life collided with gaming life a little bit and that kinda affected things aswell. But yeah it has to be said some of the best gaming days ive had were here with the old crew,COD nights used to be hilarious,tactical reloading (camping) sessions with Mr Saints were pretty funny,great race nights on forza trying to beat that overgrown smelly Hippy Chrome Hounds with Cleric “Kill him!!!!!Well Obviously Not!!!” that still makes me laugh now cleric.lmfao. But yeah there is no reason why we couldnt try get some gaming nights on the go if everyone is interested. I could negotiate access to an xbox (will prob look a bit more like me taking it from her cold dead hands but…lol) every once in a while so could maybe start with a wee night on halo or something (everyone vs ian and his ruddy sniper rifle )? Wonder if i could convince Nickerlarse to stop using his ps3 as a doorstop
That’s a deal then. If you can figure out a couple of PS3 games we could join in on and we’ll get some 360 nights going too, perhaps it could be the kick start the community needs, along with a couple of tweaks here and there sitewise.
I know Cleric is well up for bringing this baby back properly. Ego and tempers can be left at the door. Just for fun and let’s try and bring the good times back to to find that spirit that made the community such a great place to be.

As soon as I saw your post about gaming nights I was thinking about Chromehounds and that “incident”. Then I read that. LOL.
That is something I will NEVER forget, So unlike me, I usually don’t get too stressed about games, but that was one I really did, and I was always too competitive. Any replacement has my vote..lol
Gaz knows how I feel about the community and gaming nights. I would be happy beyond reason if we could get back to how we were. With gaming nights, and also being able to get enough people to get squads and such for BF3, CoD, any of those games.
I want MG to be how it was (but better if that makes sense) when I joined, all those years ago. I know it can be.
Get yourself an XBOX mate and come back to the light.

I tell ya i so wish i had a video capture card for that m8,it had youtube classic written all over it I see what you are saying Cleric about rebuilding MG but at the end of the day m8 all that can really be done is just do what we all did in the early days and game together and have a laugh and hopefully along the way we will come accross a few lost souls in search of the same thing and they will wanna join in to. Keep it at gaming for fun the way gaming should be Anyone fancy a blast on Halo this weekend? If so which Halo?
